Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website and services of Abduqodir Kozimjonov, operating under MAKON Agency and Private enterprise "BUSTAN INTERMEDIARY", you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Abduqodir Kozimjonov provides web design, UI/UX design, brand identity, visual assets, and related creative services — both as an individual freelancer and through MAKON Agency. We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our services lawfully and in good faith. You are responsible for providing accurate project information, timely feedback, and any materials required to complete the work. Delays caused by the client may affect agreed timelines.

4. Payments

• A 50% deposit is required before any project begins. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before final files are delivered.

• Payments are accepted via bank transfer, Click, Payme, PayPal, Wise, or any other mutually agreed method.

• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• The deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced, as it covers time and resources already allocated to your project.

5. Revisions & Scope

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as agreed in the project brief or proposal. Requests beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees. Any significant changes to the project scope after work has begun will require a revised agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final deliverables. Preliminary concepts, unused designs, and working files remain the property of Abduqodir Kozimjonov unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, on social media, and in case studies, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

7. Client-Submitted Content

Any materials, content, or assets provided by the client for use in the project must be legally owned or licensed by the client. We are not responsible for copyright infringement resulting from client-supplied content.

8. Third-Party Tools & Links

Our website may reference or link to third-party tools and platforms. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. In the event of client-initiated termination after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. Any work completed beyond the deposit value will be invoiced accordingly.

10. Disclaimers

Creative services are subjective in nature. While we strive to deliver work that meets the agreed brief, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, conversion rates, or results from the use of our designs.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or delivered materials.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes will be resolved under Uzbekistan jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
